had r-cuff surgery to repair 2 full thkness tears 18 mos. ago & haven't had 1 painfree day since. told it would be arthoscopic ended up being major.have a 5" straight cut scar w/indentation & unable to raise arm further than eye,ear,nose level.doctor who performed states in time it will heal.during past 6+ mos. been examined by 2 other qualified md's. latest exam states the reason for all my problems is because 1 of the 4 deltoid muscles was not properly re-attached thus the reason for major indentation & can restore me to approx. 75-85 % with another surgical procedure. he also stated he would go in through the original incision/scar cut the muscle,pull it up & attach where
it normally belongs as well as repair the existing tears present from latest MRI after
surgery ! if I'm not mistaken here does this not have all the makings of surgical error or
