Right Leg/Foot Pain

Brief Summary of medical History: 1989 L-5 Ruptured Disc Surgery, 1998 L-5 Surgery, scar tissue removal, 2006 Tendonitis right elbow and right foot, 2006 bulging C-6 - chronic right leg pain, burning slight numbness. Occaional shooting pain inside right leg at ankle, shooting pain right side of calf. Pain right hip joint. Chronic Pain gauge is normal 3-4, shooting pain up to 6-7. Good health otherwise, walking is favored exercise, however, unable to walk due to current tendonitis pain. 5'6" - 165lbs female. Anyone have similar symptoms? If so, how are you managing?
