Regarding to cervical vetebra dislocation and fracture

Patient : Asian 20 years old.
Causes : Deep jumping

vital signs :

blood pressure 85/60 mmhg
pulse rate 60/min
respiratory rate 16/min
temperature 36.0

Skin was pink and warm to touch.
Had a priapism and very tender over his mid cervical vetebra.
Sensation only at shoulder and above.
Lost motor function at upper and lower limb.

Abdominal examination :
distended urinary bladder and palpable
absent of anal sphincter tone.

Region of Dislocation vetebra is C4
Fracture of body of vetebra at C5

Present of edema in cord substance.
Patchy hemorrhage as focal areas of signal loss.

I need medical corelation of this case especially to the hypotension,high respiratory rate , why he loose anal spchinter tone and why urinary bladder is distended.
