A 93-year-old friend of mine has had an eye problem for over a year but will not go to a doctor. It looks as though both of her lower lids are turned out and are quite red. I offered to help her get a diagnosis, but she said it doesn't bother her. I am concerned and afraid that she may have an infection that could affect her eyesight.
I cannot find a picture online that looks like her problem. If any of you know what this may be, please advise.
