I have a hx of lupus, vasculitis, RA, Raynauds. Recently my hands have been red from the knuckles to end of fingers. They are not always cold, but remain red. I also have pain in my arms and shoulders. Recently I saw a story about a man who had spleen problems and his extremities kept getting red and purple with no relief. Is this something I should check out?? My doctor says Raynauds but this has been different than before.
