Recurrent painful ulcers

I'm pretty exhausted in not reaching a correct perspective and treatment. I'm having constant inflammation at prepuce, off and on genital warts and recurrent painful mouth ulcers for over two years and now calcaneal spurs. Even masturbation can bring acute swelling and ulcers at glans area. Blood test for Herpes Simplex was negative. Haematocrit values including TLC/ DLC and LFT/KFT have been within normal range. I had largely taken anti-fungal therapy including Fluconazole. Last year dermatologist suggested Reiter's Syndrome and put me on Methotraxate with Doxycycline. I even took Erythromycin course without relief. Another dermatologist revised treatment with cephalosporin since I could not tolerate earlier chemotherapy beyond the month but my BP shot up and again I don't propose to continue it beyond a month that has expired. My HLA- B27 as also CRP are within normal range. I want to know if there are other tests available for Chlaymidia as also the next step I need to take. I did once suffer from GC infection at around the age of 18 yrs, I'm 70 yrs now. I'm quite disillusioned and look forward to any course correction in my treatment.
