My question is can a degenerated cervical disc cause a slight hand tremors (at rest) - (in my case the left one)?

Some years ago I was off work with the disc problem and lost a lot of stength and muscle and pain that went down to my fingertips. Eventually (after 3 months) I tried accupuncture and life got back to normal but now and again the disc flares up and is very painful.

Needless to say I'm concerned about Parkison's and am waiting to see a neurologist.
