rapid pulse and high blood pressure

last thursday went to ER with shortness of breath and chest pains. They did a cardic cath. which came back neg. my blood was high on admission. put me on meds. for treatment and for high cholestrol. since then my blood pressure and pulse rare has remained high. O2 saturation are good, lab work good. But, have stated to have some swelling back of tongue. I treat that with benadryl. which helps some. something is not right with. I stopped taking all meds due to not working. HELP
