Raised diastole bloodpressure

Hello everyone,

At first I had my blood pressure checked periodically, which was around 140/62.
Now, 2 years later, I didn't measure in the meantime and it was measured with a 2 weeks interval at 142/80 and 146/82.
What could possible cause such a rise on the diastole bloodpressure of the last two years?
I'm really eager to know :)
