My brother was diagnosed with "liver cancer" and died 6 days after his diagnosis. He had a full body pet scan 3 months prior to the diagnosis and no problems were detected with his liver. I am interested to see if anyone else has heard of such a quick death from liver cancer. Also, he was taking large amounts of hydrocodone and oxycontin (prescribed) for mouth problems as a result of a squamous cell cancer that was treated several months before. I am concerned that the hydrocodone especially may have damaged his liver beyond repair.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
