Psychological or Physiological ?

To start, I am a 165 lb 28 yr old male. When I was much younger, my mother noticed stretch marks on the side of my stomach and brought this to my pediatrician's attention. For whatever reason, however, I was never tested for Cushing's or anything like that. For most of my life, I have battled with difficulty concentrating, obsessive thinking, social anxiety, fatigue... I am also extremely sensitive emotionally.. I do not have the typical signs of Cushing's (round face, fat accumulation near upper back), nor have I ever been diagnosed with anything such as diabetes, heart conditions, etc.. In addition to those things mentioned above, I also have skin which bruises easily, and I tend to scar easily as well.. I also suffered from a very bad case of acne during my early teens, and I have varicose veins on my lower legs (most likely inherited from my father). I do not smoke, I drink occasionally, and I take no medications. I do take fish oil, vitamin B supplement, multivitamin, and cinnamon everyday.. Being that I have never been tested for anything, I am not sure whether my problems are mostly psychological or if their is a physiological cause... My symptoms have made life extrmely difficult so far, but somehow I have managed to accomplish many things.. However, so much more could be acheived if I could figure out what the heck is going on with myself. Even simple tasks such as typing seem nearly impossible at times.. I also tend to mistakes more than I should, regardless of how many times I have performed the task. Thank you for taking the time to view my complaints. If there is anymore information that you need, please let me know.
