i am in need of information concerning the syndrome fibromyalgia.

in 1982 i suffered fracture to my right ankle. this resulted in having my ankle screwed back into place. there were problems with pain which still remain.

in 1990 i suffered with pain to my right shoulder. the only reason that could be established for this was over use attributed to playing darts continually.

in 1991 it was documented that i had pain in both knees both ankles and mild pain in my back. although my right ankle was always causing me problems, there were no other continuing problems with other parts of my body.

in 1992 i suffered a dog attack which resulted in ulner nerve surgary on my write wrist and a third of my clavical being reomved. i still have bad pain and restriction in both to this day.

in 1999 i was diagnosed with pseudogout and have been on allopurinol therapy ever since.

in early 2004 i suffered pain in my lumber spine through twisting and lifting.

in late 2004 i suffered a very bad fall resulting in pain in the thoracic spine and very bad pain in my neck. i still suffer with this pain to date. whilst suffering majorly with neck and back pain, over time i then developed pain all over including pins and needles feeling very fatigued and had trouble sleeping.

since the accident of late 2004 i have been diegnosed with fibromyalgia carple tunnel in both hands hypertension sleep apneoa and psoriasis.

my concern is if i do have fibromialgia how do i know which accident caused this condition. i am also in need to know wether my condition is secondry fibromyalgia.

i hope you can help me

kind regards Sharky
