I went to the doctor just a few months ago with lower back pain that starts in the early morning along with stiffness and pain in my legs and feet that will get so bad I can hardly walk. I have a left arm that has now lost its strenght aches. My red blood count is low and I have a low immune system. For yrs I have had many kidney problems and problems with my digestive system and I'm taking the purple pill. LOL I have been taking Tylenol PM's for over 14 yrs so I can fall asleep. I was put on steriods (prednisone 10 mg a day) for about 3 months, had good days and bad days. When I went back to the doctors for a check up and more blood work they said it has gotten worse not better and to start 40 mg a day with the prednisone and to call a Rheumatologist and make an appoint. soon!! I did and I'm waiting to go. Anyone have any info on this disease? Please help. I have gone off the prednisone and I have gained so much weight and was already a large woman. I'm so depressed over this constant pain in my legs is the worst part of this!!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
