pituatory problems

47 male.
For years suffered from mild hyperprolactinemia and did not take medicine for it.
Things I suffered and am still suffering which I don't know if are related are:
-Sometimes sexual problems. High prolactin. Very low testostrone. Low libido.
-Extreme discomfort and itch under testicles.
-Extreme dampness under testicles and perennial area.
-Cholesterol and triglisterol abnormal levels.
-Minor short term memory loss at times
-Minor concentration issues
-Severe sleep apnea
-Not good sleep at all
-Extra fatigue and body and muscle pain
And one thing that started very mildly about 10 years ago and has gotten gradually worse every year to unbearable levels is extreme pain in left eye or sometimes both eyes at time of waking up. So bad that it is so difficult to open eyes. At times I have severe blurry vision at waking up but otherwise my vision is usually good. The combination of all the above and the eye pain is gradually killing me. I even had some abnormal heart rhythms a few months ago which is better now without medication. Right now I am not taking any medications.
After doing some searches on the internet I think I want to do my third MRI to check for pituitary tumors. The other two showed no tumors. But I was wondering if the new increased eye pain is a good reason to do this MRI.
Overall this problem has drastically reduced the quality of life for me.
I also read something about Cushing disease. But I am not sure if it is this that I am suffering.
My question to you is that does any of these make sense to you and should I go for the new MRI?
Could my problems be caused by a pituitary tumor? If so what am I against and is there hope? Has there been cases like mine that people felt better after surgery?
