I have a pinched nerve at L5/S1 and now they are saying it is going to L3. The numbness in on only half of the knee, thigh, shin and to the big toe. Bending down and trying to get back up is so hard to do. The muscle tone in the leg not that great, going up stairs it is getting somewhat better.

I have tried the chiro, predisone, had the testing with EMG, to check the nerves in the area, now the next step is to try the decompression on the back.
Any ideas?????Please help
