People on Blood Thinner for Heart Valve

Do any of you have to take warfin (Coumadin) for blood control of replaced Heart Valve? I have a new doctor and he cannot regulate my dosage. My IR has been up and down since Dec.2008. I have to go to the cardiologist for testing every week.

  • Hi there,MY son was on loveanox injections. "blood thinner".. His heart valve wasnot replaced but had trouble getting his dose right... maybe ask about using a different blood thinner? Sorry wasnt of more help to you. kristy
