I made a mistake, i had sex with out using protection, and have really bad problems in my penis. blackness around the tip of the penis with dryness and strange itching like some thing walk or pits from time to time. And some strait line skin crack which is pain when I erect. Also some thing is bothering me really bad under the skin at the bottom of the penis. My my penis burrning and become thiner, and today I i feel little pain in my let side testicles.
I did STI tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trich, Syphilis, and HIV. All came back negative. the doctor gave me antifungal cream but didn't help at all and this make some Acune in the gentil area. I have been suffering I do not know what to do I'm really stressed please help and advice me to make me feel better.

  • Ask doctor to do more tests, as there are at least 20 other things it could be. Also try going to a Homoeopath, as they can fix things a GP cant.

Ok, well having been tested for the usual things, and hopefully learning a lesson as well, my guess would be that it is possible you are actually washing your penis to much with something harsh? Remeber, you only need to wash it once a day, with gentle soap, or even just with warm water, yep you dont need to scub it like its a dirty thing you know! It needs to be moist, more likely to happen naturally if you have a foreskin, less so if not. anti fungle cream can cause soreness, and irritation. It might be balantis, which is not always thrush or even something that needs to be treated. Having ruled out most of the serious things already, i would suggest washing it with aquious cream ( can be purchased from supermarkets or pharmacy) and water only for 4 weeks, wash in this way after masterbation and sex, remeber to pee after sex or mastibation too, clears out remaining fluids and any other stuff that doesnt need to be in your urethra! I would suggest not masterbating for at least a week, annoying, but skin healing takes time :) My recommendation should this not resolve after a month of gentle care, is a referral to a urologist regarding the testical pain, as this might indicate an infection deeper in your system in the tubes leading to your testical, this isnt always an STI (though many sti's do have this symptom) and can be hard to test for and treat, however, effective treatment is possible, usually with a 2 week course of an anti biotic called "Doxycycline" 100mg twice a day, BUT do not get this yourself, never self treat, so please go back to the doc explain you have had some advice, what does he think the next move should be..Remeber always wrap it up and wear a condom!Hope this helps, and please, try not to let this rule your life, but i agree, this seems odd and needs following up :)Jason*Sexual health professional (UK RGN)*Advice given for guidence only, always seek a confirmation of a suspected diagnosis from your doctor of sexual health consultant, never self treat or purchase medicines from the internet simply from a suggestion on a forum, any suggestion given is made based on treatment guidelines which, although based on evidence and efficacy, do not take into account you as an individual, so some medicines might not suit you. if you think you have an STI get it checked and treated, and always trace your sexual partner so they can be treated as well. lets not pass something like that around needlessly.
