Pelvic pain

Ok , Here goes I've got a history of ovarian cysts from the time I was 18(Im 35 now). I went to a years worth of various doctors that year. Went thru ultrasounds, pelvic & rectal exams and everyone just throwing their hands up and saying "must be an STD" even though I was not having intercourse.

Finally I moved to my fathers house and went to have surgery at Stanford in the bay area. They found a cyst on the back side of my ovary (he said the size of a golf ball). It was leaking. Which is why it felt like acid burning my insides.

It went on and off for a while til I had my son. Now that Ive got 4 kids. My last daughter just turned 3. Now the symptoms are back. With a vengance!

I went to my dr. and couldnt even get them to do an ultrasound! I got a referral for an ultrasound after begging and pleading. They scheduled it for weeks out! No sense of urgency there. I got better medical care when I was 18 and on medi-cal!

Finally I got the ultrasound there was a small cyst on the right ovary and they couldnt even locate theother ovary on my left side (which is where most of the pain is coming from). The dr. treated me like trash even after I had told him of my history (this is the ob/gyn) He did a rectal and a pelvic and everything was sore and painful (sex makes it worse too). He said I dontknow what is wrong with you, I dont see anything at all!!! You have pain here , pain there and looked at me with disgust. I told him "its not in my head, it hurts!!!" he said well I think we are done here and walked out!!Oh PS-I had told him manybe adhesions? he said no they would have gone by now.

So please help.

Im a 35 year old woman, 40 pounds overweight since my last pregnancy. Ive had pain for about 4 months now. Sometimes very severe. I have pain ,terrible pain around ovulation normally its much worse on the left side even though the small cyst was on the right? No matter what side is ovulating obviously. I have pain after and sometimes during intercourse. I forgot to mention that 3 of my last children were from c-section. They couldnt find the left ovary on ultrasound (even though the dr said thats totally normal). Ive never had that happen before. I have irregular periods. Sometimes 28 days sometimes 24?

Thank you so much
