pale, greasy stools

On 11/25/06, I came down suddenly with the flu (chills, diarrhea, pain in head, aches in body, vomited once, etc). Was pretty sick for about a week, and then begin to feel better but noticed that my stools were very pale, and there was a greasy film covering the water in the commode. From what I've researched, it has to do with the biliary system, but seems that it could do with the pancreas, gallbladder, bowels, etc. etc. Once in awhile, I get a little queasy, but don't have real pain. My bowels tend to be loose most of the time. It's nearly 3 weeks since the onset of the flu, and I haven't been normal since. What could it be?

  • Sure does sound like classic gallbladder problems. Go get your gallbladder checked.
