i had an operation on my wrist in november 2007 the op was to remove a ganglion and to repair a damaged ligamint i have pain ever since . the pain i was told was caused by me spraining my wrist but this pain is there most of the time when im lifting things (as this is my job) and the pain is usally on the left side of my wrist on my right hand i also have pain on the right side of my wrist on the bone and also on my elbow on the left corner of it. I also get sharp stabbing pains from time to time in my shoulder.
I have been told since by my doctor that my shoulder pain has nothing to do with my wrist pain.

I need help in what to do and if anyone knows what the pain is it would be great!.

Thanks Richard
