pain in head of penis

I was diagnosed with chlamydia about a month ago and took medication to clear it up via the local health clinic. After 4 days the regular symptoms went away. Since then, I have had a tinging pain that comes and goes in the head of my penis and maybe a little subtle discomfort in my testicles. I went back to the clinic and got retested for any STD/STI's and the results came back negative. What could this be? I still have a healthy erection, there is no pain when I pee. I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, who has been tested for HIV/STDs and they came back negative. About a 2 weeks ago we had sex and it was painful when she gave me oral sex, so we stopped. Just two days ago we had sex and everything was fine, but I still experience this pain often. Your help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

  • Here's a hint...Don't have unprotected sex. Honestly, just use protection and everything should be all good...And slow down on the oral sex too. It will help. Good luck with everything, hope your penis feels better.

  • Have you been tested for a urinary tract infection? What std's did they test for? is there a change in the apparence of your penis or testicles? What are your other symptoms.. you could have had a small injury and not even know it.
