Orbital Blowout fracture surgery, Anyone else?

I recently hd surgery to correct double vision that was caused by an orbital blowout fracture. My vision is now fine, but after about a month, the lower left eyelid (the eye I had surgery on) is completely immobile. It causes a good deal of irritation and I am wondering if this will ever get better? anyone had a similar experience?
Thanks, Brandon
