No Blood Test For Heart Attack

Experienced chest pains at work. Because there is a history of heart problems in my family, I went to Immediate Care to find out if it was a pulled muscle or a heart attack. After an EKG, I was told it was all in my head and to make an appointment with my regular doctor. Three painful days later I got in to see my doctor who sent me for a blood test. I was hospitalized, but far too late to save my heart. Seems I was the only one in the whole hospital who didn't know I should have had a blood test to begin with. Anyone know a good lawyer?
