Hi! I'm experiencing a bizzare phenomenon occasionally when I sleep where I will be sleeping and all of a sudden a rush of energy and noise will shoot through my head instantly waking me up from my level of sleep (which is usually halfway into a deep sleep when this occurs). To be completely honest, it would happen occasionally, not being a problem, but last night, after ingesting some psilocybin as I do every so often, it got pretty bad, happening about ten times before I could become compfortable with it and fall asleep. Never the less, it disturbs me. Especially considering how little I can find about this on the internet.
The best way to describe it is like a thick sheet of glass in your head, solid as you sleep, but then interrupted by pressure - shattering the glass into thousands of thousands of shards, waking you up instantly with a cold sweat on your forehead.
Any ideas? And no I'm not crazy.
Thank you so much!
