My symptoms came upon me suddenly, while I was driving a car. I experienced lightheadedness, and have since been unable to drive. At present, I have only two symptoms. They are the lightheadedness, and head pressure in the top region of my skull. This head pressure stays with me for much of the day, constantly. It is not present when I first wake up, but begins soon after I get up in the morning. And, the lightheadedness comes and goes.
I have had a Stress Echo, EKG, and Carotid Echo. These are normal. I have also had a complete Blood Profile done. It showed only an elevated Cholesterol level. Everything else is normal. It was also discovered that my BP is slightly elevated, but that was probably already there.
I am on no medication, and have not (to my knowledge) been exposed to new stimuli that could cause this. I am seeing a Neurologist, and have an MRI scheduled in two weeks. Anyone have any ideas?
