I have MTBI(brain injury) fybromyalgae, chronic pain, allergies to wheat ,corn , processed dairy, potatoes, hormones, and chemical sensitivity..

I was recently jailed wrongfully for 28 days, the first seven days iate resulting in vomitting and diahrreah. My chronic pain increased and by th eseventh day I had lost 12 lbs. I then could not eat and felt better in some ways. I ended up not eating for 20 consecutive days some of those days were up to 4 days with no water and the average daily consumption of water was 1pint to 1quart. I was finally released and began eating broths, kombucha, fruits and water to start. I have been eating mostly raw and some cooked for seven days now but I experienced 10-15lb weight gain and I am swollen concernedly everywhere...Any thoughts/feedback welcomed.
