Ive Had Trouble For Sometime Now With My Bowels.its Kind Of Embarrasing To Share. I Suffer From Chronic Diahrea.(spelling)
Usually My Bowels Are Very Loose, And On Some Rare Occasions They Are Normal. I Take Prevacid 30 Mg For Heartburn, And Its Worse If I Miss A Dose. My Upper Right Ab Hurts Somewhat, But It Makes It Difficult To Leave Home Knowing I Will Have To Hunt A Bathroom Soon. I Dont Know If Its What Im Eating, Or What. I Usually Go 3-7 Times A Day. I Even Bought A Special Deodorizer For When I Leave Home So No One Will No What Im Doing.(public Restrooms). With The Sound You Cant Tell If Im Peeing Or What Not. Like I Said This Is Quite Embarassing To Me. Anyone Else Suffer From This? My Doc Said It Was Stress, But Ive Got That Under Control, Sometimes After I Eat Its Worse. Could It Be My Diet? And Pardon Me For Saying This, The Burning Is Awful!!!!

  • Sounds like it could be IBS to me....irritable bowel syndrome. And that is definitely exaggerated by stress. Trying incorporating more fiber into your diet & talk to your Dr abotu IBS & see if that could be the problem.Good luck!

  • Sounds like classic IBS to me. I suggest you keep a log of what you eat, even snacks/drinks and how many times a day you go. This way you can find out what effects you the worst. I have had IBS most of my life and I had to avoid any kind of roughage and stayed on a blan diet for many years. Reducing stress was a big help, good stress as well and bad stress. Vitamine E also helped me a LOT!
