My husband,45yo, has history of cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure, atrial fib, hypertension, diabetes mellitis, ejection fraction ranging from25-30%, and depression. He has a pacemaker/defibbrillator, and recently had an atrial ablation done due to multiple inappropriate shocks and was started on coumadin. He has, in last two weeks begun c/o severe back pain and MD found blood in his urine, started him on abt therapy. My concern is that he has been on diuretics for 15yrs, urine was nitrite negative and he does not have a urologist. I don't want to worry him or borrow trouble just wondering should I be concerned about his renal status?:eek:may respond here or to email address email@example.comReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
