swelling above knee both legs,uric acid 3.5 ,rheumetoid factor 20, large amount of thickish yellow fluid ,ibroprufen helps pain but not swelling, tried colgout makes no difference, had for 14 years,pain sometimes but not always,very uncomfortable, dr can't diagnose,tried salazapyrin,one specialist thought it was psoratic arthritis,had a million test but no diagnosis,
