I have had constant muscle cramps and aches for over 8 years. They are getting worse. All the bones in my body hurt when pressed slightly. My Doctor's have given me several reasons for this over the years and we are still working on it. The most comical was its all in your head. Phsycho Somatic or something like that he said. Then a new Doctor said it could be vitamin D defficiency. Tests showed I had only 26% my body needed. I have been taking vitamin D for the last year and my count is almost back to normal. My aches and cramps are still getting worse. I have had numerous blood tests each coming back negative. My latest Doctor got very aggitated with me and said we can only guess at these things. They are like headaches there can be any number of reasons why you have these aches etc. I still don't have any answers from any Doctor. And I really believe my quality of life is at its lowest it has ever been since I started feeling like this. I need answers and fast as I am sure if it carries on at this rate I will soon be mildly disabled.
