I started a new job three months, I recently bought a car after it became a necessity for the job. I am doing a lot more driving than I've ever been used to. Previously I walked everywhere as I had no car, got the bus to work in the morning and walked about a mile and 1/2 home every day.
I think it's probably something driving related, what I wonder is, do I need to actually do anything about it, or will just rest sort me out????
Pain in the upper thigh, hurts to put weight on my right leg.
Sitting, standing twinges the muscle and around under my leg as well on the right side.
It's difficult to sleep at night at the moment as there seems to be no comfortable position to lie in, oddly I lie face down with my right leg bent to 90 degrees, it is the only position that doesn't hurt.
I've got a week of holiday off work from today, i'm hoping rest will sort it out, anyone have any ideas?
