Moving to active B12 from Cyano

Hi there!
I was diagnosed with low B12 after a spectrocell test finally showed low B12 in my cells, regardless of high blood B12. Yeah! For the last two years I've had to take 3 shots/week (1000) of cyanocobalamin (Mon, Wed, Fri). Otherwise within 2 days food goes through me at mock 4, by day 3 I start rambling around and bumping into things, by day 5 I start losing speech ability and begin mouth ulcers. The ends of my fingers always feel like I'm wearing gloves.
I am interested in this protocol, but obviously am leery of starting off another downward trend. What are your thoughts on this? Keeping in mind that I have read all the newbie info (which was awesome)...
