missdiagnosing hepatitis C

Here is my situation. Recently I have been on a drinking binge. I took a liver enzyme profile and a hepatitis screening. my AST was 136 U/L. ALT was 56 U/L Bilirubin 1.4 mg/dL. I also tested positive for hepatitis C (anti-HCV) *AB*. it was verified by a repeat analysis. Is it possible that the alcohol binging created a false positive Hepatitis C finding. Also, how concerned should I be about my elavated AST and ALT tests. I had a ultrasound of the abdomen a year ago and my liver as well as all my other organs were normal. What time frame should I wait till I am tested again to see if the levels have gone down and should I take any other type of tests to confirm these readings. No one has notified me that I do have hepatitis C.
