Medical Expense

Just some thoughts I've been having lately.

1. Medical expenses should be quoted before the treatment is given.

2. All patients are viewed as experimental by doctors and therefore should be recompensated accordingly.

Every patient becomes an experiment under a doctor. Once treatment is given they evaluate the test subject for response. This is what our medical system consists of today.

Patients should be informed of this and not bear the weight of its costs.
