I have the same problem as well. I'm not sure when it started, but I think it was during when I was in the 4th or 5th grade. I can only breathe through one nostrol and when I tilt my head I can hardly breathe. One of the only times I can breathe is when my breathing nostrol switches. It might last for 15 seconds, but it really doesn't help. My doctor gives me nostrol sprays, but it doesn't help. I take allergy pills too but that doesnt help either.
I played football and it was really annoying because I only get half of the rest of everyone else, which is unfair. But I noticed once I'm really, really tired I can actually breathe through both nostrols. Sometimes I just feel like I'm short of breathe during my daily life.
I hope someone can actually find a cure. This disadvantage is really annoying and unfair.
