Hi, Im 31 years old, I have two young children, and I am having awful mood swings. I am guessing it's hormonal as they come and go throughout the month. Its just that they seem so much more sever than anything Ive experienced before, I am rageful, and i do this weird thing where I have to shake my hands hard and pull horrid faces. I am taking this out on my 5 year old daughter in particular, and its breaking my heart. I went to the doctor but she just recommended vitamins, without doing any tests. However I don't think I properly conveyed the gravity of it, and didn't mention the hand and face weirdness at all. I was embarrassed I guess.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
