Many things

I have neck pain, chest pain, pains in arms when lying by side and in legs when straightened, tightness of upper right chest and in neck making it difficult to breathe, lower abdominal pain, can't breathe properly as I find it difficult to catch a full breath and I feel I need this but I can't always have one. At night I wake up feeling suffocated when lying down and so have to stay up a few hours to breathe ok again. (but I still can't breathe afterwards). The breathing seems to be improving (taking less inhalers but at night I don't feel good) I have gas and diarrhoea on and off too. Hospital says my breathing seems clear but I haven't had any xrays.
Does anyone have any ideas of what my problem is?
