After having surgery for a broken jaw June 27th, the surgeon had to cut into my bottom gum to implant 2 titanium plates, The break' had split between my bottom central teeth, and 2 and a half inches left on my mandible, I have too impacted teeth one on each side of my lower jaw. The screw of one of the plates was drilled into the enamel of the impacted tooth which after a second follow up visit was told by a surgeon that I had a cyst on it as the impacted tooth lies under my back left teeth, I can detect soreness when chewing and insupportableness. As well as having no feeling in part of lower gum, I can feel what seems to me to be a snapped thread like nerve inside the left side of tingling lower lip. I was wondering does this make any sense' and if so can I get the nerve reattached ?. "The surgery was difficult and 3 Months later I have a very painful lump under my Chin where the break was, Help.
