Lower Back Pain

I am 58, American and living in the Philippines for the past six years with no income and no available work while having to deal with lower back pain that just keeps me weak, moving very slow and hard to sleep; also with any wrong bend, step or quick or slow movement the pain shoots at my lower middle back causing my knees to give out for but a second or two as I stay up with my ankles for support.

I have no way to see a doctor for what has happened to me on and off for the past five years, and now at this time is worse than ever before as if my legs could become paralysis-ed.

In 1988 I had a bad head injury with a small portion of my brain removed along with my body taking a hard fall; that may or may have nothing to do with my current health.

I also have spent much of the past six years becoming a writer with little foods and little exercise which could be a contributing factor.

Any advice at all will be more than appreciated.

  • If you are not able to visit doctor then I suggest you try acupressure and sound therapy .For lower back pain acupressure point is on the back of your hand between the middle two figures, you need to massage it for few minutes to get instant relief. For sound therapy you can search for binaural beats for lower back, just listening to it will give relief to lower back. Once you are able to visit a doctor get detailed analysis while still continuing acupressure and sound therapy.
