I started having lower abdominal pain last wednesday, it started out as a dull pain near my belly button then it moved to my lower right quadrant of my belly near my hip. I went to the ER last friday. They did a blood sample and urine count everything showed up normal. After that they did a CT, it was normal except for I had alot of fluid around my colon. The ER doctor and the radiologist saw the fluid, the surgeon however did not so he gave me a shot of tremidol and some pain medicine and sent me on my way. He said it was just a pulled muscle. Well after I left I didnt have a bowl movement for almost 5 days. I am still hurting bad and not feeling any better. I am still very nauseas and have lost almost 10 pounds in 5 days. What should I do?
