I have pain in my lower right side, just below my chest. The inflamation gets bigger or smaller some times.

I have seen a doctor and he said this is due to stress in the job. After months, I feel that the inflmation is bigger and extended some more. The pain that I feel is not so painful that I could not move but I feel I am not comfortable and want to breath heavier.

Could someone comment please.

Thanks

  • Well, I see conditions like yours in a very holistic way, since I come from a family of weird unrelated symptoms sufferers and recently we have been able to figure out how to rid ourselves from pains we thought we just had to put up with. So, I was wondering a few things about you:Have you been in a car accident? Have you had any kind of strong positive or negative emotional situation in your life (no need to describe), or are you put thru intellectual or emotional stress often?Do you have any cravings?Any known allergies or foods you avoid because they disagree with your tummy?Anything you consume a lot? like sugar, diet soda, breads, cookies?Anything you like to collect? Do you have something new at home? bedding, carpet, car, etc?

Never been in car or any type of serious accidents or anything like that.

So you have an unbalance, something is bothering your body-Please read this link - http://www.yogachicago.com/jul06/balance.shtmlI would recommend you to use Reiki as a healing treatment, and if it comes back, consider NAET. Reiki should work as long as you are drinking enough water, eating properly, balancing your grains, greens, fruits, liquids, fresh air , etc.Try some essential oils for the Chakras that you suspect are affected (using the link above).Root ChakraGrounding, nurturing, strengthening with Sandalwood, Spikenard, Juniper, & Hina flower.Sacral ChakraInspiring, soothing, sensual with Ylang-Ylang, Cypress, Patchouli, & Myrtle.Solar Plexus ChakraEncouraging, soothing, calming, with high altitude Lavender, Fennel, Sandalwood, Cardamom,& Champa flower.Heart ChakraExhilarating, awakening, balancing with high altitude Lavender, Rose Geranium, Rose Otto, & Bergamot.Throat ChakraClarifying, inspiring, balancing with Bergamot, Sandalwood, Spruce, & Davana flower.Third Eye ChakraTransforming, awakening, clarifying with Basil, Camphor, Rosemary, & high altitude Lavender.Crown ChakraUnifying, enlightening, meditative with high altitude Lavender, Neroli, Benzoin, & Frankincense.http://www.reikipartners.org/rp_com_chakra.htmIf you are going thru some interpersonal problem and you have not been able to forgive or recover from the trauma- Reiki and Meditation can help tons.If you are holding onto feelings- don't judge yourself, that is not the cause of the problem, that is just a symptom of the unbalance. Something external factors, like a toxin, bad vibe people, or a pathogen might be responsible for your stress (pushing our buttons). Don't you ever think that you are responsible for your own stress- because our nature is always perfect, only when we are (already) sick we get to be self destructive or irrational. That's why people don't relax until they find the real reason behind the stress: allergies, affected chakra due to diet, not enough fresh air, not enough greens, too much grains, etc.***Also Jaffe Mellor Technique can be used to "talk" to your nervous system and ask him what is bothering you. It would be a yes or no answer. It works- I used it.If you are in the DC metro area I could refer you to a couple fo good professionals. Otherwise, check for references. It sounds like a lot of info, but it will get simpler as you try to meditate and explore what comes with the internal dialog.Take care-All pain is collective pain- you are not alone.

  • My dear, you need to see a doctor to make sure your pain is not due to cholangitis or gallstone. Habve you done any clinical tests? It must be very horrible experience. Please give us more detail information if you could. Take good care of yourself.

Please give us more detail information if you could. Take good care of yourself. She might get a diagnosis of IBS or reflux - hopefully she is not producing gallstones- but even if she gets those diagnosis, Traditional medicine does not reverse IBS or reflux- they only get treated. Now, if she is producing gallstones- it sucks because people get the gall bladder removed. Hopefullly she is not there yet.It is interesting how when people with Liver stagnation, or who are producing mucus and have heat (in Oriental terms) start having gall problems and the traditional doctors always say it is stress or depression until the time the ***n gallstones are discovered and the whole thing gets removed.OP, please try a real good doctor of Oriental Medicine.Sincerely.

  • I tried the high count probiotic acidophilous & garlic caps & it works for a few days (on the days you insert it and eat the garlic pills) but then the BV comes back.... so excuse my last posting. I'm now trying an over the counter 3 day vaginal insert called Miconazole. I read if you take this it might help. Some medical sites say to take both the Metron & Micon at the same time apparently, but I just finished Metron 2-3 weeks ago, so not sure Micon will work on its own, but will let everyone know my results after this treatment is finished. Sigh*
