recently about 3 months back, my mother was diagnosed for CSF Rhinorrhea. At the same time, she developed some Gynae problem. On consultation with a Gynaecologist, an ultrasound was proposed. The ultrasound showed that the endometrium tube is about 32-35 mm thick where the doctors claim that it should be about 5 mm thick at the maximum.
Doctors are telling us that it may be endometrium cancer and want a biopsy to be performed. However, because of CSF and other problems (BP, Diabetes, Hypertension, Ischemic Glyosis) that my mother has, she is not being given clearance by the anaesthetist for the surgery. as a result, things are getting delayed and we have not yet started the proper treatment.
Please suggets if anyone can what should we do. Get the biopsy done first and then the CSF and then the cancer. Or get the cancer treated first and then the CSF. Both are equally important to us.
