I am an active woman of 61 years. My heartrate has been as low as 42-50 but found the heart muscle "young and fresh", valves functioning, but something wrong with the electricity to sinus, but no treatment given. This has been in 1999. I have complained of "lung insufficience feeling" when I have to climb up stairs or hills but no x-ray taken or no diagnose given except that "you are improvising this heart rate and peeping in the breast when running or walking upstairs". I have lived with these symptoms and I have had a swollen stomach which I thought was due to my gluten intolerance. I have had a nausea, loss of apetite and if I eat a small meal I feel that my stomach is full and heavy as if I have swallowed a huge stone. I just had one deciliter cooked rice, 50 g chicken and 50 g potatoes and that should not make me feel so heavy if there is nothing wrong in the stomach. I also got bile taste in reflux on a few occasions and that was after eating a slice from cakeshop. I usually do not eat fatty foods and try to keep my fat intake between 15 to 30 grams a day.
I had taken estrogen for 3 years and stopped them four years back because I got plum size cartilage growths on my thighs and the gynocologist noted that I have a myom.
I look young and healthy, and I take at least one hours walk a day apart from being on feet most of the day time.
I suspect it is something wrong with my liver or a tumour in the stomach or both. But I hate to go to a doctor who cannot find the problem and feel compelled to make a diagnose and endup saying that I am imagining things.
