I'm a 33 yr old woman and i was diognosed with Caroli's disease 7 yrs ago. I feel pregnant 2 1/2 yrs ago against dr recommendations and had a healthy child. But half way thru my pregnancy i dramatacly started losing weight. the last 18 mths i have been going back to Dr with niggling problems. Itchy neck. weight loss. cough. weakness. joint pain. heart pulpertations. and enormous fatigue. Thyroid and all basic bloods came back normal. Just recently i had a xray done of my lungs due to a cough change that wouldn't clear up with antibiotics. Only to then be told i need a ct. this reveiled millions of little nodules and lesions within my lungs and liver. I was addimitted to hospital for a week in isolation to out rule TB. A biopsy was preformed and apparently it takes months to come back. My dr wont give me any answers, i've spoken to hospital for result and apparently some reslts are in all clear tho. this included sarqoidosious and cancerious cell (wash only) Fungi and cell counts all normal. Ive asked for a second opinon which they have said the test will not be re preformed but a another dr would just look at them. I'm worried that not all is being done quick enough to find out what is going on. I'm extremely breathless, lung pain radiating in my back and lacking energy. In the last two days my belly has blown up like a balloon and i gained 5kg in a day. I need to know what i'm up against.I'm lost for answers.
