I starting limping in January when undergoing physical therapy for sciatica vs piriformis syndrome. My lower back feels a little tight but not really painful. The longer I walk each day, the worse I feel. I feel I cannot get normal range of motion when walking. The front of my hips feel tight. When I wake in the morning I don't feel too bad as I walk slowly around my house. Once I walk more then 25 yards or so, I start to limp or sooner if I try to walk more quickly. I used to run 4 days a week and go the elliptical 3 days a week. Now I am not exercising at all and I am not any better. I am a 50 yr old female.
