I have leg 'nerve' twitches. It started in my left leg - mostly in my calf muscles. It's now constant twitches all over my leg - feels and looks like little aliens are bouncing around in my leg. It does not hurt - just constantly annoying....now it appears to be starting up in my right leg. I also have some tingling numbing going on in the soles of my feet. I get pretty harsh thigh cramps in my left leg. I had L5 surgery 16 years ago....but have never had any pain or discomfort resulting from it. I have been told that I have 'nerve pain' neuropathy....they can't tell me what to do about this. With the twitches spreading to my other leg....where else with this travel to?
