I have been playing baseball since i was 3, and i am 15 right now, (140 lbs). the last year or so, i have had a lot of issues regarding my leg strength. I am injured constantly only in my legs, i cant squat or lunge with ease, and i feel a lot of pulling of my muscles whenever i am squating fully down as if i were a cacther. I do not play catcher, so i do not understand why this is happening. I am about 5'10, 140 lbs, and have grown a lot this past few months. I work out, i run, and i stretch all the time.
