Lack of Concentration and Fatigue

I am 45 years old, female. A month ago, my doctor prescribed Vitamin D because my levels were low. For the past three weeks, I have experienced a lack of concentration and severe fatigue. In addition, I am experiencing pain in my legs (shin) and, sometimes, ankles. Two weeks ago, I had a foot spasm(?). (My toes were arching back towards my calves, ouch!) Last week, I told my doctor my symptons. He examined me and found fluid in my ears and prescribed Keflex. Will this help with the lack of concentration and fatigue? What's going on?
