Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced knuckle pain of your ring finger? For the past two weeks, I've been waking up in the morning and noticing that my knuckle is very sore. The pain isn't as bad for the remaining portion of the day, however, there's still lingering pain.

  • I too am having the same problem! Is it on your right hand? I was thinking it could be from using my computer mouse. I tend to keep my right ring finger raised when I use it... I noticed also that it's a little inflamed.

  • I have it also. I know it's from using the mouse b/c I sit in front of a computer 10 hours a day. Let me know if you figure out a remedy. I too think when I use the mouse I keep my index finger raised. I have a wrist gel pad but always seem to rest my palm on it instead of my wrist.
