A year ago November I had a positive ANA and saw a Rhuematologist who told me that I may be developing arthritis;call if new and ongiong symtems occured. My back started feeling very stiff around March and by September was so bad I was put on pain medication;pain lasted over a month and X-ray showed normal arhtritis. My rhuematologist now states that I do not have arthritis;which worries me becouse,several times my records could not be found or were not in my chart.
